We manufacture a range of standard vinyl frost and coloured manifestations that comply with DDA Building regulations. If you are looking for something bespoke? Then we can produce computer cut or digitally printed manifestations with your own branding or design.

Our many years of experience with clients big and small has resulted in a portfolio of standard-compliant designs.

Our manifestation vinyl film is produced in accordance with Approved Document M and Document N and can be easily installed on glass. Our vinyl manifestation designs offer a flexible low-cost alternative to the traditional acid etching or sandblasting of glass. Supplied complete with application tape for fast easy installation.

In order to comply with the requirements of Section N2 of Approved Document N (glazing safety) all areas of glazing in ‘critical locations’ in which people are moving and might not be aware of the presence of the glazing should be marked. Critical locations include large uninterrupted areas of transparent glazing, which form, or are part of the internal or external walls and doors.

Sections M1 and M2 of Approved Document M (Access to and use of buildings) requires all glass doors to be clearly defined with manifestation on the glass at two levels and contrasting visually with the background seen through the glass. The manifestation must be clearly defined at two levels 850mm to 1000mm and 1400mm to 1600mm.

All of our manifestations is supplied in 1.2m lengths with pre-installed application tape for easy installation and minimum waste. Suitable for dry or wet applications.
