We are shipping DIY window films with only minor delays. Some products may be unavailable. Please contact us to check our available stock. All deliveries are now contact-less.

• DIY next day orders placed online before 11.00 am (Monday to Friday) are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Next-Day deliveries are normally next working day excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• 2-4 business day deliveries are normally sent next working day excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Collections – We will send you an acknowledgment email once your order is ready for collection. Collection times are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. C/O Allglass & Frameworks Ltd, Unit 10, Woolmer Way, Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 9QF, UK.

We can not guarantee delivery times.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Goods that you have ordered or for any delivery delays in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

All orders are supplied with full fitting instructions and you also have the option to view our online video fitting instructions.

We also offer a professional installation service through the UK and parts of Europe if you do not fancy installing yourself.
